Sunrise Core/Cycle
This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will start with 20 mins CORE to stretch, stabilize and align the body. Followed by 30 minutes heart-pumping indoor cycling: climbs, sprints, jumps, and seated flats intervals.

Gentle flow of movements designed to restore intrinsic core stabilizers and lay the foundation for spinal stability and joint mobility. Yoga stretches and physical therapy inspired exercises mixed with traditional core work.
Cardio/Core Circuit
High Energy class with alternating stations to boost Cardio and take core strength to the next level. Improve footwork with ladder/Bosu/Cone drills, and challenge core strength with mountain climbers, sliding planks, bicycles, and more! Low impact options offered. All Fitness levels welcome...get ready to sweat!
Balance & Agility
Circuit style class with functional exercises to enhance mobility and stability. Improve coordination and balance with a variety of movements to keep it challenging. One minute stations. All fitness levels welcome. Expert-led instruction.
Cycle
Build cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength in this low-impact class with climbing, sprinting, and seated flat intervals. All fitness levels welcome. Option to train at your own pace! Room for 5 participants.
Bosu Stability
Master basic strength moves; lunges, squats, pushups-while enhancing balance, alignment, and stability. Variety of exercises to develop the intrinsic core stabilizers protecting joints while in motion.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in one flowing workout. This class combines yoga's mindful breathing and stretching with Pilates' core-focused strengthening to improve posture and stability.
