Sunrise Core & Spin

This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will start with 20 mins CORE to stretch, stabilize and align the body. Followed by 30 minutes heart-pumping indoor cycling: climbs, sprints, jumps, and seated flats intervals.

BOSU/BALL Core Workout

Stretch, stabilize and align from head to toe with this gentle flow of movements designed to lay the foundation for spinal stability and joint mobility. Yoga stretches and physical therapy inspired exercises mixed with traditional core work. 

Cardio/Core Circuit

High Energy class with alternating stations to boost your Cardio and strengthen your Core. Exercises include ladder/Bosu/Cone drills, mountain climbers, sliding planks, bicycles, and more! Low impact options offered. All Fitness levels welcome...get ready to sweat! 

Senior Balance & Agility

Circuit style class with functional exercises to enhance mobility and stability. Improve coordination and balance with a variety of exercises to keep it challenging. All fitness levels welcome. Expert-led instruction. We watch your form!

Spin (Indoor Cycling)

Expert-led Spin class with REAL cyclist instructor- build cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength in this low-impact class with intervals of climbing, sprinting, jumping and more. All fitness levels welcome. Option to train at your own pace! Room for 5 participants.

Small Group Strength

Strength Training with 2-4 people. Target every muscle group using free weights, cable machine, bands and body weight. Led by NASM certified personal trainer with specialization in Corrective Exercise. We watch form! Max results. Learn to gain (muscle) without pain.

*Must complete 4 Personal Training sessions before joining Small Group Strength.

Bosu Stability

Master basic strength moves; lunges, squats, pushups-while enhancing balance, alignment, and stability. Variety of exercises to develop the fundamental core stabilizers protecting your joints while in motion. 

Yogalates

Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in one flowing workout. This class combines yoga's mindful breathing and stretching with Pilates' core-focused strengthening to improve posture and stability.
