Sunrise Spin/Core on the Floor

This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning.  We will begin with 20 mins Core on the Floor- a class designed to stretch, mobilize, and stabilize shoulders, hips, knees and back, followed by 35 mins heart pumping indoor cycling...all while watching the sunrise over beautiful Commencement Bay.

Bosu/Ball Full Body Workout

Work on balance, stability AND muscular strength in this barefoot class using the BOSU and Stability ball. Master basic strength moves such as squats, lunges, planks and pushups by learning to engage intrinsic core stabilizers (muscles designed to protect joints while in motion). All participants will have a foam mat under foot, and yoga stick for balance.

Core on the Floor

Combination of yoga, physical therapy, and traditional core strengthening exercises. Gentle flow of movements providing the foundation for spinal alignment, joint mobility, and overall flexibility. Exercises to alleviate back pain and restore alignment from head to toe. This class is conducted on cushy mats, on the floor, in socks or barefoot.

Cardio/Core Circuit

Intervals of cardio + core exercises. Work on speed and agility with cone drills, ladder drills, rebounder, jump rope, Bosu running, and more! Core exercises include rolling planks, crossover planks, sliding planks (all the planks) jack knife sit ups, back raises and YTA's (postural exercises). Learn proper jumping/running form and safe landing mechanics. 

*Warning: this class might make you agile, and quick on your feet. ;)

Bootcamp

High intensity interval training with stations for strength, stability cardio and core. 

Safe & Sane Bootcamp

This circuit style class is designed for ANYONE who need fitness to meet them where they are. Each station will focus on the things we need to improve fitness: Agility, balance, cardio, core stability, & muscular strength. We will choose exercises that are "safe and sane" for those just starting out, or with special concerns, and want to get fit without getting hurt.

Senior Agility

Circuit Style Class with functional exercises designed to help you age with Mojo! Each station will include exercises for balance, coordination, posture, mobility, stability, and muscular strength.

Spin (Indoor Cycling)

There's no better way to get your cardiovascular conditioning and a blast of endorphins than indoor cycling!  This class is surprisingly effective at improving anaerobic threshold (your ability to trot up the stairs without gasping for air).  No cars to dodge, very little coordination required, really all you have to do is move your legs! (And get stronger doing it). Gorgeous views of the Sound included. *Climbing, seated flats, standing climbs, sprints and more. Get ready to Sweat!

Small Group Strength

Strength training with a small group (2-4 people max) of cohorts, using cable machine, bands, free weights and bodyweight, under the watchful eye of a NASM certified personal trainer.

**Must have a minimum of 5 one-on-one Intro to Strength Training before joining small group strength.

OG Aerobics

Get ready to have some fun and return to the good old days of floor and step aerobics. This class will be "dancy" but does not require coordination. Join for the movement, the cardio, and the fun! 

Speed & Agility 

This class is for anyone who engages in athletics and wants to improve performance. We will go over the technicalities of the human movement system, and how to increase speed, improve jumping/landing mechanics, and master footwork.
