Early Bird Core/Spin
This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will start with 20 mins core on the floor- exercises for spinal stabilization and joint mobilization, followed by 30 minutes heart-pumping indoor cycling: climbs, sprints, jumps, and seated flats intervals. 5 min stretch at the end.
Core on the Floor
Gentle flow of movements providing the foundation for spinal alignment, joint mobility, and overall Stability. Exercises to alleviate back, hip, shoulder and knee pain. Restore alignment from head to toe!
Bootcamp (Cardio Circuit)
Increase speed & agility with footwork drills that will improve reactive time. Learn proper body mechanics for jumping/landing. Cone drills, ladder drills, rebounder running, jump rope, Bosu stability, and more.
Senior Balance & Agility
Circuit Class with functional exercises that will improve mobility, flexibility & stability (example: standing on one leg, getting off the floor, going up and down stairs). Each station will include exercises for balance, strength, and coordination
Spin (Indoor Cycling)
Indoor cycling. Improve cardiovascular strength and endurance with seated flats, sprints, jumps, and seated/standing climb intervals.
Small Group Strength
Strength Training with 2-4 people. Target every muscle group using free weights, cable machine, bands and body weight. NASM certified personal trainer ensures proper form for each participant, and safety/effectiveness of each exercise.
*Must complete 4 Personal Training sessions before joining Small Group Strength
Bosu Classes
Stabilization & Balance: Master basic strength moves while improving core strength and stability: squats, lunges, planks, pushups, skaters, mountain climbers. Maximize your ability to protect your joints in motion!
