Sunrise Core on the Floor/Spin
This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will begin with 20 mins core on the floor- a class designed to stretch, mobilize, and stabilize shoulders, hips, knees and back. Finish with 20 mins heart pumping indoor cycling...all while watching the sunrise over beautiful Commencement Bay. (Sunrise not guaranteed on overcast days, or in the winter. Smiles and good vibes guaranteed daily.)

Bosu/Stability Ball workout
Full body workout, focusing on joint stabilization while working large muscle groups. Master basic strength moves such as squats, lunges, planks and pushups by learning to engage intrinsic core stabilizers; the muscles designed to protect joints while in motion. This class is done in socks or barefoot on a mat, using the Bosu, Stability ball, and yoga stick for balance.
Senior Tone De Muscles
Instructor led- target every muscle group using 3, 5, 8, and 10lb free weights. Tour (all of) De Muscles: biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back and legs- while toning and strengthening! All participants will have a chair for balance, seated exercises, the occasional rest, and stretching at the end.
Core on the Floor
Combination of yoga, physical therapy, and traditional core strengthening exercises. On a mat, in your socks, lying on the floor. Gentle flow of movements providing the foundation for spinal alignment, joint mobility, and overall flexibility. Exercises to alleviate back pain, help with posture, open up the shoulders, stretch you out, and make you feel amazing!
Cardio/CorePOWER Circuit
Improve speed, agility and quickness (think "sporty coordination") while getting a great cardiovascular workout (Cone drills, ladder drills, rebounder, jump rope, Bosu running, and more). CorePOWER intervals include: rolling planks, crossover planks, sliding planks (all the planks) jack knife sit ups, back raises and YTA's (postural exercises). Learn safe landing mechanics and proper jumping/running form. *Warning, this class might make you agile and quick on your feet. ;)
Safe & Sane Bootcamp
Circuit style, low intensity, designed for beginners or those with special concerns. Or ANYONE who need fitness to meet them where they are. We will do a variety of exercises for muscular strength, core stability, balance, coordination, and low impact aerobic conditioning. Special conditions include, but are not limited to- arthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, heart conditions, joint replacement, recovery from illness/ injury, etc.
Tone De Muscles
Instructor led- Full body workout using The Step and 3, 5, 8, and 10lb free weights. Tone upper and lower body with Step-ups, lunges, squats and calf raises. Triceps kickbacks, bicep curls, chest press, double arm rows, and more! Learn proper form for isolating and growing muscle without hurting your joints. Movements in this class will be done in a slow and controlled manner to minimize injury and optimize results.
Senior Circuit
Circuit Style Class with functional exercises designed to help you age with Mojo! Each station will have an exercise to improve balance, strength, coordination, grip strength, flexibility and even getting up off the floor. Our motto is: USE it so you don't LOSE it. And if you've lost it-- come here and get it back!
Spindorphins (Indoor Cycle)
There's no better way to get your cardiovascular conditioning and a blast of endorphins than indoor cycling! This class is surprisingly effective at improving anaerobic threshold (your ability to trot up the stairs without having to gasp for air). No cars to dodge, very little coordination required, really all you have to do is move your legs! (And get stronger doing it). Gorgeous views of the Sound included. *Intervals of climbing, seated flats, standing climbs, sprints and more.
Old School Aerobics
Throwback to the 80's and 90's. Join us for a little lighthearted fun and get your cardio on with a combo class of good old "floor" and Step aerobics. Lael Jones began her fitness career in 1987 and was in full bloom as a group fitness instructor during the "STEP era" of the 1990's, so you know...she's a professional. ;) Come have some fun!
Pre/Post Natal Workout
This class is designed to change with you as you go through the process of bringing your child into the world, and it's here for you in the months afterward as you return to your pre-gestational self. So many changes happen in the body during this time, and this class is here to assist in keeping you strong, balanced, stable, and fit. Low impact cardio intervals, full body strength exercises, and safe core movement.
