Fun puns aside, my name is Lael Jones, and I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2009. 

Over the years, I have earned specializations in Corrective Exercise, Performance EnhancementBehavior Change and Nutrition. 

**NASM bases its education and trainer certification programs on evidence-based exercise science, and current scientific research.

This means: 1. There are no shortcuts to gaining strength. 

2. You will develop TRUE STRENGTH when you build on a foundation of core stability and proper body mechanics.

 Thousands of pages, lots of testing... plus years of experience means we can help YOU GAIN without the PAIN.

At Ruston Fitness & Wellness we believe in Progressive Overload, which means building strength through science backed techniques, and steadily over time. We lay the foundation for stabilization/coordination first, then develop strength upon a solid foundation. Every workout is joint friendly and takes your current fitness status as well as any injury history into consideration. We strive to help individuals achieve maximum strength while minimizing stress to joints through expert guidance and coaching.
