This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will start with 20 mins core on the floor- a class designed to loosen you up and strengthen your core. Then finish with 20 mins heart pumping indoor cycling...all while watching the sunrise over beautiful Commencement Bay. (Sunrise not guaranteed on overcast days, or in the winter. Smiles and good vibes guaranteed daily.)
Circuit style. Low intensity class designed for beginners and people with special concerns, OR ANYONE who needs fitness to meet them where they are. We will do a variety of exercises focused on stabilization, muscular/core strength, and low impact aerobic conditioning.
** Special concerns include but are not limited to fitness level (beginner), heart conditions (or other health challenges), scoliosis, bone density, joint replacements, recovery from illness, injury, etc.
Instructor-led class... target all the muscle groups with free weights, body weight and sometimes a stretchy band. We will do basic moves to help your body stay strong, balanced and flexible! We are not age-ist here, anyone "senior-ish" welcome.
In this class we will "cycle" over winding hillsides, along flat roads, climb a mountain or two, and sprint our way through a great cardio sesh. Join us and "go your own speed". Excellent way to improve cardiovascular health. Enjoy the views and suggest a fav song to play!
20 mins, Spin Class (flats, climbs, sprints, jumps) ... plus 20 mins challenging core exercises such as side plank, pikes, ball crunches, YTA's and more!
Circuit style class with exercises for balance, coordination, flexibility, and proprioception enhancement (where are my feet in relation to the ground?)
Alleviate back pain and lay the foundation for core stability and spinal alignment in this class. We will go through a series of exercises and neuromuscular stretches designed to strengthen, lengthen, mobilize and stabilize.
CARDIO + CORE + STRENGTH= the TRIFECTA of fitness. Circuit style class with stations set up for cardio, strength training, and core exercises. Intervals usually last one minute.
Small Group Strength Training. (4 People max). Must have prior one on one sessions with NASM certified Trainer, and proper placement in a group compatible with fitness level.

Join us for some good old AEROBICS! Throwback to the 80s and 90's! Combo class ... Floor and Step aerobics. Exercise your way to a rush of endorphins! Come for the fun of it. *Coordination not required!
Work on balance, stability, core strength, postural alignment and cardio... all on the Bosu! Exercises included in this workout: squats, lunges, slow mountain climbers, half crunches, superman, planks, and more!
Instructor-led class. Tone every muscle- biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, legs (glutes!) using free weights, body weight, and sometimes a stretchy band.
**Note- we will be using 3, 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells for this class.
45 minutes. Core exercises for spinal alignment, joint mobility, stability and flexibility (all the "abilities"). This is not just about ABS! Mitigate neck, shoulder, hip, knee and low back pain and lay the foundation for a stronger core as it relates to the SPINE. For this class we will add the Bosu and/or Stability ball.
Circuit style class designed for those going through the gestational process. We will focus on strength, stability, CORE, and low impact cardio intervals for active recovery.

One hour class. 30 mins alignment with Lael, followed by 30 mins sound bath with Kristyn. Alleviate back pain and lay the foundation for core stability and spinal alignment. We will go through a series of exercises and neuromuscular stretches designed to stretch, strengthen, stabilize and mobilize hips, knees, back, shoulders, and spine. Sound bath for meditation and relaxation.
