This is a magnificent way to kick off the morning. We will start with 20 mins CoreRX- exercises for spinal stabilization and joint mobilization, followed by 30 minutes heart-pumping indoor cycling: climbs, sprints, jumps, and seated flats intervals. 5 min stretch at the end.

In this fast-paced Bootcamp, you’ll move through a dynamic rotation of stations featuring cone foot-drill patterns, speed ladders, rebounder work, Bosu balance challenges, plyo box bursts, and more. “ Low-Impact options will be offered.

There's no need to flip tires, or run with 100lb packs on your back to "get strong". At Ruston Fitness & Wellness, we believe in Progressive Overload,
which means building strength through mindful techniques-and over time. "Build muscle without harming your body" is our Mantra.
