Over the years, I have earned specializations inCorrective Exercise, PerformanceEnhancement, Behavior Change and Nutrition. **NASM bases its education and trainer certification programs on evidence-based exercise science, and current scientific research.
This means: 1. There are no shortcuts to gaining strength.
2. You will develop TRUE STRENGTH when you build on a foundation of corestability and proper body mechanics.
