Founder of Ruston Fitness & Wellness. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer, with Specializations in Corrective ExercisePerformance EnhancementBehavior Change, & Nutrition.  

I love to help people move better, feel stronger, and train without pain.
